How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
At checkout on cozyplushtoys.com, you will see the available delivery options for your destination, the cost, and an estimated delivery time in working days. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in your country.
Estimated delivery times are what our couriers aim for, but please note they are not guaranteed.
Next-day delivery: Orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery; orders after 2 pm are dispatched the next working day for delivery the following working day.
Friday orders:
- Before 2 pm → dispatched Friday, delivered Monday.
- After 2 pm → dispatched Monday, delivered Tuesday.
Signature may be required upon delivery. Dispatch times could change during peak periods.

Orders are usually dispatched the same day if placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed later or over the weekend/bank holidays ship on the next working day.

Orders ship from our distribution centre. Because this may vary depending on stock and region, the dispatch point is not always fixed.

Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
